ASE certified for twenty nine years and holding the ASE advanced engine performance certification, Frank resided in the world of automotive academia prior to running repair shops. Frank was trained by both Ford and General Motors factory repair programs. As an Ohio EPA certified trainer, Frank trained technicians to repair emissions failures in the formative years of the Ohio E-check program. Frank taught automotive mechanics for 15 years at Ohio Technical College and Conrad’s professional automotive career training before opening an auto repair shop in Euclid, Ohio in 1996. In 2003 the business moved to Bedford and Bedford Auto Care was born. Frank and Angie have been happily married for 31 years, and are the proud parents of John, Jess and Frank. Frank grew up in a family owned automotive repair business and has been working on cars for over 35 years.
